He is survived by: his wife Janet Blevins-Mikel (Neal) of New Castle; his daughters, Sabrina Sidwell (Rich) of Spiceland and Heather Mikel of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Ryan Sidwell (Kim) of New Castle, Kelsey Mikel (Kiera) of Somerset, KY, Mitchell Mikel (Hailey) of Somerset, KY and Tyler Sidwell (Chelesa) of New Castle; his great grandchildren, Raegan, Meradith, Ripley, Roman, Bella, Daisy May and Severus; his stepchildren, Jeff Blevins (Cristi) of Louisville, KY and Julie McGaughey (Shane) of Mt. Summit; his stepgrandchildren, Caroline Blevins of Carrollton, TX and Levi Blevins of Lexington, KY; his stepgreat-granddaughter Inessa Rose Gibbs; his granddaughter Kinsey (Guffy); and his siblings-in-law, Jama Gorman, Geneva Neal, Jim "Noel" Neal and Ronnie Gorman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
