He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert E. Burch and Lenore Burch (Gould); his former wife Christine; and his brothers, Rev. Bruce Burch, Everett Burch and Gene Burch.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Coak Burch (Jones) of New Castle; his son Todd Burch; his nephew David Burch; and his sister Irene Parsons. He is also survived by other son and daughter; several grandchildren.
