He is survived by : his wife Terry West (Erb); his children, Rusty West Jr. (Misty) and Tiffany Dobbs (Sean); his grandchildren, Auston Starr, Wesley Dobbs, Dakota Dobbs, Makayla West, Aiden Dobbs and Logan Dobbs; and his great grandchild Renzo Starr.
