She was predeceased by : her parents, William Laird and Stella Laird; her husband Chase Buffington; and her brothers, Max, Harold and John Laird.
She is survived by : her daughters, Toni Mosburg (Kendall) and Julie Wegner (John); her grandchildren, Jessica Wegner of Fort Wayne, Jacob Wegner (Blair) of Fort Wayne, Jennifer Connell (AJ) of Fort Wayne and Ashlynn Mosburg of Indianapolis; her great grandchild JJ Wegner; and her sister Norma Jean Wilkinson.
Memorial contributions may be given in Mary's honor, to the First Assembly of God in New Castle.
