With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary P. Ferguson (New Castle, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ida Garner (Holman) and Noxie Garner (Arms); her spouse Cecil Odell Ferguson; her sons, Wayne Ferguson (Elaine) of Springport and Doug Ferguson (Donna) of Muncie; her grandchildren, Tina Lewis (Jim) of Economy, Lisa Black (Scott) of Camby and Kyle Ferguson (Rachelle) of Camby; her great grandchildren, Christina Alexander (Jeff) of New Castle, Emily Black of Camby and Ryan Black; her great great grandchildren, Adalynn and Avery of Camby; her sister Shelia Kegg of Illinois; her close friends, Sherman, Kathy Boles, Darlene Thompson, Shelia Newland, June Brown, June Wilson, Stella Atkinson, Barbara Hill and Elva Hoots; her siblings, Juanita and James; and her granddaughter Alyssa Ferguson McCann.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
