Mary Katherine Tesmer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Katherine Tesmer (New Castle, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 16, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Elliott and Frances Elliott (Beatty); her siblings, Marvin and Lillian; and her brother-in-law Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Tesmer; her children, Sarah, Barbara Ann, Lisa, Stella, Wayman, Shawn, Ashley, Jennifer, Heather, Robie and Josh; her grandchildren, Kaylin, Logan, Keeleigh, Elijah, Ava, Max, Blake, Dylan and Michael; her siblings, Eve, Jimmy, Bobby, Patty and Sarah; and her nephew Todd. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:15 PM at the South Mound Cemetery-West Lawn (960 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Association, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
