He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Lou Cook (Boggs); and his parents, Maurice H. Cook and Paulene Cook-Petty (Jones). He is survived by : his daughter Misti Schielie (Joel); his grandchildren, Michael and Madison Schielie; his siblings, Jo Ann Boiles of New Castle, Bonnie Catron (Warren) of New Castle, Mary Stoots of Bowling Green, KY and Floyd Cook (Gwen) of Cookeville, TN; his nephew Warren Catron Jr. (Lora) of Brownsburg; his nieces, Tina Catron Van Matre (Kenny) of New Castle and Letreze Stoots of Bowling Green, KY.; his close friend Brian Duvall (Jodi Scott); and his caregiver Thank You.
