He is survived by: his sons, Michael Brian Lykens (Jennifer S.) of Losantville and Kevin Lee Lykens (Andrea) of Mooreland; his grandchildren, Kourtney Daniels (Zack) of New Castle, Kaleb Alexander Lykens of Losantville, Dylan James Lykens of Losantville, Olivia Jewell Grace Lykens of Mooreland and Dalton James Lykens of Mooreland; his great grandchild Adeline Rebecca Daniels of New Castle; his sister Sheila Ann Grismore of Springport; and his sister-in-law Pam Shirley of Muncie.
