He is survived by: his son Michael Timothy Day of Anderson; his granddaughter Anesa Hapney (Alex); his great grandchild Josie Brumfiel; his sister Connie Masters (Richard) of New Castle; his sister-in-law Sharon Day of Spiceland; and his nieces, Julie Rinehart, Amie Thornburg (Patrick) and Jenifer Day.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the South Mound Cemetery (505 Bundy Ave, New Castle, IN 47362).
