He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Fulton and Helen Fulton (Hardacre); his wife Donna Fulton (Davis); his daughter Stephanie Jo Fulton; his siblings, Patricia Goodwin and Joe Fulton; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Dennis and Ken Greene.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Fulton (Kory) of Muncie and Alex Fulton (Kate) of Corpus Christi, TX; his grandchildren, Caleb Fulton of Lebanon, Cole Fulton (Brittany) of Muncie and Victoria Fulton of Corpus Christi, TX; his brother Doug Fulton (Shelly) of Morgantown; his siblings-in-law, Kaye Smiley of New Castle, Jackie Greene of Hickory, NC, Tammy Werking (Tom) of New Castle and Joe Dennis of New Castle; and also, Fred and Brenda Felix. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
