She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan L. Rose and Letha Rose (Crank); her husband Harold Devine; her close friend Richard P. Frankin; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Haynes and Ashley Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Maurice Devine of Losantville and Susan "Jill" Haynes of Arlington; her grandchildren, Joe Devine (Jessica) of New Castle and Jennifer Hall (Nick Sparks) of Arlington; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Madelyn and Micah Devine of New Castle; and her sister Sharon Kay White (Steve) of New Castle.
A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the South Mound Cemetery (505 Bundy Ave, New Castle, IN 47362).
