He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Edgar Lowe and Virgie Alice Guffey (Wade); his siblings, Patricia Wallen and Flonnie Hughes; and his brothers-in-law, Herbert Clark and Wayne Lee.
He is survived by : his siblings, Willie Lowe (Lillian), Genevee Clark and Ruth Lee; and his close friend Porter "Skinny" Coffey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
