He was predeceased by : his parents, Dalton Conner and Della Conner (Laymance); his son Chad Conner; and his siblings, Michael Conner, Larry Laymance and Patricia Laymance.

He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Conner (Wise); his children, Krista Dubinger, Leah Wiggins, Hannah Chesher, Kylie White and Thomas K. Wiggins; and his sister Jerrie Hinson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
