He is survived by: his children, Richard Welborn (Erica) of Greenfield, Melissa Weitzel (Erick) of New Castle, Julie Welborn of New Castle and Angela Martt (Chris) of New Castle; the mother of his children Sabrina Radcliffe (Vic) of New Castle; and his grandchildren, Jacobi, Dakota, Chase, Tarin, Bentley and Emma.
