He was predeceased by: his parents, Carver McCormick and Beula Magdalene McCormick (Walker); his daughter Candice Ann McCormick; his granddaughter Emily Kay Stroud; his siblings, Jim McCormick, Sue Wilson (George) and Keith McCormick; his mother-in-law Gladys Tout; his brother-in-law Norman Tout; and his friend Earl DeWayne Raines.

He is survived by: his wife Sherry McCormick (Tout); his daughters, Karmen McKillip (Mike) and Allison Stroud (Scott); his grandchildren, Morgan McKillip (Ray Antrim), Brooke McRoberts (Chad), Austin Stroud (Emily), Lauren Stroud (Nate Kimball) and Grace Stroud (Mason Muncy); his great grandchildren, Jalynn McRoberts and Baby K; his brothers, Frank McCormick and Jerry McCormick (Carolyn); and his sister-in-law Margie McCormick (Mary Tout). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
