He was predeceased by : his parents, Ewell Spurlock and Dixie Spurlock (Neal); and his brother Rex Spurlock. He is survived by : his wife Claudia Spurlock (Worden); his children, Jaclyn Rubin (Jeffrey) of Noblesville, Megan DeVault (Brett) of Mt. Vernon and Timothy Spurlock (Erica) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Ethan, Eva, Zoey, Cole, Sophia, Reis, Vivian and Marcella; and his siblings, Tom Spurlock of Muncie, Barbara Neal (Perry) of Springport, Jeff Spurlock (Kathy) of Sullivan, Janie Thompson (Bob) of Tennessee and Rachel Price of Sharpsville, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
