He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry O. Decker and Nan Decker; his grandson Allen Decker; and his siblings, Millie Smith, Ruth Williams and Mike Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Decker; his sons, Carl Decker (Melissa) of Apollo, PA and Cliff Decker (Wendy) of Fishers, IN; his grandchildren, Jordan Decker, Marissa Holmes, Michael Holmes, Austin Decker and Alexis Decker; and his siblings, Reda Stout (Dan) of Florida, June Jones of Indianapolis and Donnie Decker of New Castle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
