She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Rigsbee and Mildred Hester Rigsbee; her siblings, William Rigsbee, Virginia Buckley and Carolyn Mullen; and her nephews, Danny Buckley and Steve Rigsbee.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph L. Willis of New Castle; her daughters, Martha McGrew (Evan) of New Castle and Rita Gill of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchildren, Krista Gill (Doug Sumerfield), Tyler Gill (Jackie) and Emily McGrew (Sam Weitekamp); her great grandchildren, Lily Sumerfield, Theo Gill and Frankie Gill; her nieces and nephews, Laura Garard (Ron), Jane Tingle (Bill), Emily Wilson (Tom), Janet Armstrong, Bruce Rigsbee (Judy), Robert Buckley and Timothy Mullen (Tonya); and her brother-in-law Bob Mullen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the First United Methodist Church of New Castle, or Raintree Habitat for Humanity.
