She is survived by: her parents, Chris Hubbard and Logan Hensley; her brother Andrew; her grandparents, Tim, Shannon Hensley, Misty Dyer and John McCormack; her great-grandparent Ilene Dyer; and her grandparents, James, Melanie Johnson, Anthony and Kimberly Hubbard.
