She was predeceased by : her parents, James Harvey and Leoma Harvey (Clark); her husband Farris "Gene" Atkinson; her daughter Janice Atkinson; and her brothers, Kenny, Donald and Vernon Harvey.

She is survived by : her children, Lou Ann Gossett, Karen Young and Scott Eppert; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Michelle and Krystal. She is also survived by 1 great-granddaughter, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
