He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Mark Rigney and Barb Keeley; his granddaughters, Kristin DeLaCruz (Jorge), Kelsey Slaven (Steven), Kerry West (James), Shannon Seale (Ryan), Karli Segraves (Robbie), Ashley Webb (Colton) and Abby Rigney; his brother Lloyd Rigney (Vickie); and his daughter-in-law Mary Ann Rigney. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
