With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sue Shirrell of New Castle, Indiana, born in Byrdstown, Tennessee, who passed away on April 27, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee and Esta Morningstar (Rhule); her son-in-law John Locke; and her sisters, Alta Seagraves and Joyce Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa "Trudy" Locke and Steven Cross (Rachel); her grandchildren, Jama North (Eric), Johnetta Lambert (Robert), Jeffrey Cross (Jill) and Laura Falcon (Brian); her great grandchildren, Kristeen Lambert, Jameson North, Ashley Pool (Logan), Alex North (Hunter), Katie Lambert, Davis Falcon, Charlie Cross, Luke Falcon and Caroline Falcon; her great great grandchildren, Vivian Pool, Reagan Pool, Ivy North and Mack Pool; and her siblings, William Lee (Diana), Larry Lee (Jeanetta), John Lee (Cathy) and Lois Simmons (Joe). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
