She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Nease and Geneva Nease (Caudill); and her son Joseph "Joey" Borden. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa; her husband Steve Helton of New Castle; her children, Eric Carr (Barb) of Elizabethtown, KY., Joni Edstene (Brian) of New Castle and Steve Helton of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Michael Kline (Rachel) of Muncie, Johnny Prince of Muncie, Eleanor, Emma Carr of Elizabethtown, Brandon Edstene (McKinzie) and Ben; and her great grandchildren, Ayrianna Armstong, Maeve and Beck Edstene. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
