With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vickie Lynn Clark (New Castle, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepson Derek; her sister-in-law Leslie Seibel; and her parents, Harold Seibel and Dorothy Seibel. She is survived by: her husband David; her daughter Mandi Browning (Michael); her siblings, Anita Workman (Bob) and Ron Seibel (Leslie); her siblings' children, Ryan Workman, Phillip Seibel, Geoff Seibel and Krystal Williamson; and her grandchildren, Rocco, Michael Katherine, Gus, Gage and Talulah.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
