Goad; her parents-in-law, Willie Marie Goad and Dillard Frank Goad; her siblings, Marion Carroll (Katherine Carroll), Robert Carroll, Billy Joe Carroll and Nancy Bolton; her daughter-in-law Misty Goad; her niece Gabrielle Bolton; her nephews, Bradley Bolton and Dustin Murphy; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Murphy, Phillip Wickliff, Jerry Bach and Melanie J. Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Smith (Mark) and Billy D. Goad (Jennifer Jesse); her grandchildren, Adrienne Thrasher (Blake), Kyle Ellis (Kalie) and Kailei Goad (Jeff Guffey); her great grandchildren, Merida, Bruce Thrasher, Ryder, Bayleigh Ellis, Cael and Rowan Guffey; her siblings, Delores Murphy, Rosemary Torres (Tony) and David Carroll (Elsie); and her siblings-in-law, Bill Bolton, Anne Carroll, Casteen Wickliff and Virgie Bach. She is also survived by nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rose City Funeral Home (2011 Broad St, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
