Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Virginia Nell Latham of New Castle, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 84, on November 16, 2022. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lindel Hight and Ola Mae Hight (Fox); and her brother Larry Hight. She is survived by : her son Mickey Latham of Mooreland; her grandson Zachariah Latham; her sister Edith Prater of Lapel; and her nephews, Gary Ingel and Anthony Prater.
