He is survived by: his mother Kristi Cleveland (Keutimeier) of Indianapolis; his wife Jodi Goff (Adams); his stepmother Connie Goff of Indianapolis; his sister Laura Smedley (John) of Kentucky; his aunts and uncles, Cheri Longerbone (Brock) of Indianapolis, Carolyn Frey of Indianapolis, Ann Robinson and Jesse Adams of New Castle; his father-in-law Denny Adams; his siblings-in-law, Jessica Larson (Kyle) and Chris Adams (Michele); his sibling's children, Paige and Parker; and his close friends, Rick, Maria Williams, Mike, Sharon Scott, Denny Fry, Doug, Charlotte Fauser, Richie Cash, Delmar Clontz and Wendell Rogers. He is also survived by brothers, and several cousins and many friends.
