He is survived by: his wife Paulette Garrett of New Castle; his former wives, Gina Lowe (Mike) of New Castle and Amy Garrett of New Castle; his stepchildren, Lisa Neal (Jack Grizzell) of New Castle, Bradley Phelps (Robin) of Indianapolis and Candi Chambers (Tracy Smalley) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Taylor Crandall (Chad Butler), Lauren Lowe, Mackenzie Garrett, Nick Ryan Crandall, Summer Whelchel (Matt), Tyler Neal (Josh Van Bibber), Joshua Phelps (Maggie), Austin Savage (Carrie), Heather Savage and Trent Smalley; his great grandchildren, Gracelynn Butler, Weston Whelchel, Owen Phelps, Rory Phelps, Finley Phelps, Waylon Savage and Raelynn Savage; his sister Sue Rose (Willie) of Burkesville, KY; his sister-in-law Debra Garrett; and his daughter Mary Crandall. He is also survived by married June 14, 1986; his daughters.
