It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Wesley Stewart of New Harmony, Indiana, who passed away on May 20, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Alan Wesley may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Alan Wesley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leo and Iola M. Stewart (McRae); his wife Jane Ann Stewart (Stolz); and his sister Arlene Jackson. He is survived by: his sons, Adam Stewart of Evansville and Nathan Stewart of New Harmony, Indiana; his daughter-in-law Marie Stewart of Evansville; and his grandchildren, Finley Marie and Beau Wesley Stewart.
