He was predeceased by: his parents, Madge Frayser (Hall) and Walter Frayser; his brother Ted Frayser; his sister-in-law Roberta Frayser (Roby); his parents-in-law, George and Bettye Welden (Davenport); and his nephew Brian Weldon.
He is survived by: his wife Janey Frayser (Welden); his daughters, Darla Chapman (Michael) and Tessa Lechner (Gene); his grandchildren, Maxwell, Tyler of Landrie, AJ, Maddison and Elaina; his brother Tom; his sister-in-law Julie; his niece Shella; his great-nieces, Samantha and LaShay; Serenity, Jaxon, Kadin and Liam.
