He is survived by : his wife Sharon O'Dell; his children, Melissa Knight (Greg) of Carmi, IL, John Mathews II (Devvy) of Mt. Vernon, IN, David Mathews (Chabli) of New Harmony, IN, George Brunner (Julie) of Evansville, IN and Robin Basham (Donnie) of Poseyville, IN; and his grandchildren, Ashleigh Turner (Matt), Andrew Knight, Jordan Knight (Carly), Kassidy Knight, John Mathews III, Addison Mathews, Trevor Loehr, Savannah Mathews, Lily Brunner and Kaylee Brunner.
