He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Louis Sr. and Emma Cochran (Hollingshead); his wife Barbara Jeanne; and his son John Leroy Cochran. He is survived by: his children, Connie Tinker (James), Jane Emmerich (Tim) and James "JT" Cochran (Jamie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Werry Funeral Homes, Inc. (615 Brewery St, New Harmony, IN 47631). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
