Heintzelman (Weaver) of Monroeville, Indiana; and his siblings, Oscar Hintzelman (Ruth) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Charlie Heintzelman (Janet) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Carolyn Sipe (Tony) of Monroeville, Indiana, John Heintzelman of Monroeville, Indiana, Danny Heintzelman of Monroeville, Indiana, Ben Heintzelman of Monroeville, Indiana and Angie Ramirez (Richard) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
