He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Outcalt and Juanita Outcalt (Rich); and his brother Edward Outcalt. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bell; his children, Tammy Walters (John) and Kevin Outcalt; his grandchildren, Michael, Amber, Ryleigh and Avery; and his sister Nedra Pleasant (Roger). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
