He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Boothby (Young); his children, Andy Boothby (Jennifer) of Upper Arlington, OH and Kristina Harding (Tim) of Springfield, OH; his grandchildren, Ayden Boothby of Upper Arlington, OH, Conner Boothby of Upper Arlington, OH, Zach Harding (Jordan) of Springfield, OH, Andrew Harding (Jenna) of Springfield, OH, Eli Harding of Springfield, OH and Alexys Harding of Springfield, OH; his son Trevor Harding (Shelbie) of St. Paris, OH; his great grandchildren, Luna Belle, Sylas, Tucker and Ensley; and his brother Ted Boothby (Donna) of Huber Heights, OH. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
