We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2023 we had to say goodbye to David Jo Smith of New Haven, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Homer Smith and Evelyn Smith. He is survived by : his wife Linda Smith; his sons, Tom Smith of Fort Wayne and Michael Smith of Fort Wayne; and his sister Diane Watson of Monticello, KY.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
