Diane Kay Hook Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Kay Hook of New Haven, Indiana, who passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon McHenry and Irene McHenry Sr. (Witte); her husband Michael; and her granddaughter Cassandra Hook. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Hook (Nancy) and Todd Hook (Gloria); her siblings, Dan McHenry (Joan), Dave McHenry (Jeanne), Gord McHenry (Nancy), Doug McHenry (Renee), Dennis McHenry (Angie) and Sue Klotz (Denny); her grandchildren, Zachary Hook (Shantel), Tanner Hook (Paige), Mikeala Denney (Evan), Colten Hook and J. T. Hook; and her great grandchild Theodore (Memphis Hook). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Preferred memorials are to Riley Children's Hospital in memory of Cassandra Hook.
