She was predeceased by: her parents, William Doehrman and Agnes Doehrman (Rothgeb); her husband Fred Shaheen; and her sister Irene Kayal. She is survived by: her children, Sam Shaheen and Linda Emenhiser (Nick); and her grandchildren, Tara Shaheen, Teresa Duckworth (Allan), Jordan Shaheen (Carla), Christopher Emenhiser (Katie), Brittany Mataraza (Shane) and Andrew Emenhiser. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, and 1 step great granddaughter.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harper's Community Funeral Home (740 IN-930, New Haven, IN 46774). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
