He was predeceased by : his father Jack Sr. Wims; and his siblings, Chaney Wims-Henderson, Mary Lou Gold and Lynette Wims-Cooper. He is survived by : his children, Jack Quest (Karen), Victor Wims (Beatriz), Marde Wims-Martin (Harrison) and Renae Bentley-Gay (Donovan); and his siblings, Otis Lane, Alice Stephens (Nathaniel), Arthur Wims (Karen) and Suzanne Wims-Pearson (Reggie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
