It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacquelyn J. Evans (New Haven, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on August 29, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Mary Jo Essex (Neal); and her brother John Evans. She is survived by : her children, William "Chris" Evans of Texas and Megan Chase of Jacksonville, FL; and her siblings, Joel Essex (Kathy) of New Haven and Mary Jayne Eagleson of Fort Myers, FL. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Preferred memorials are to Stillwater Hospice, Fort Wayne.
