James Eugene Evans Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Eugene Evans (New Haven, Indiana), who passed away on May 30, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Evans and Ora Evans (Huddleston); his daughter Debra Evans; his granddaughter Kendra Evans; and his siblings, Edward and Barbara Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Evans (Bulmahn); and his children, Timothy Evans (Jennie) and Susan Evans. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Emanuel Lutheran Church (800 Green St, New Haven, IN 46774).
