It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Ryan III (New Haven, Indiana), who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Trudy; and his parents, William Schantz and Patricia Schantz. He is survived by : his children, Emma "Shelley" Haines (Greg) of Fort Wayne and Sean Ryan (Crystal) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Ryan Haines of Fort Wayne, Haley Haines of Fort Wayne and Madison Ryan of Fort Wayne; and his sisters, Laura Baird (Randy) of Fremont, Joann Leach (Greg) of Angola, Karen Uggen (Rich) of Muncie and Julie McCarthy (Paul) of Carmel.

Preferred memorials are to the Masses of the St. Louis Besancon Catholic Church Building Fund.
