She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Douglas and Helen Douglas (Alcorn); her grandsons, Timothy and Gary Ladig; and her stepfather Victor Gerig.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Cook; her children, Mike Ladig, Jason Cook, Bill Hood (Rainy), Misty Ladig, Jamie Norwalt (Chris), Heather Leazier (Lee) and Jessica Cook; and her siblings, Charles Douglas (Cathy), Dana Kolkman (Lonnie), Penny Barrand (Steve McKinley) and Maryann Schey. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, and 35 great grandchildren.
