She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Smith and Raymond Smith Sr.; her husband Leonard Rorick; and her siblings, Donna Bowers and John Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Sierra Smith and James Rorick; and her siblings, Raymond "Jake" Smith, Jr. and Naomi Sue Roth (Daniel).
