She was predeceased by : her mother Anita Frame; and her brother-in-law Mark Haudenschild. She is survived by : her husband Terry; her children, Angel Hoskins (Jake) of New Haven, Logan of Fort Wayne and Hunter Brown of Fort Wayne; her father Richard Frame of Fort Wayne; her siblings, Janet Haudenschild of Fort Wayne and Steve Frame (Amber) of Fort Wayne; and her stepsons, Erick Johnson (Jen) of Fort Wayne and Patrick Johnson (Maria) of Huntington. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
