He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Busche and Mildred Busche (Boerger); and his siblings, Bonnie Laisure and Denny Busche. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Busche (Hemsoth); his sister Janice Krieger; his daughters, Amanda Hess (Kevin) and Sarah Zolman (Tim); his stepchildren, Todd Trobaugh (Penny) and Jennifer Swanson; his grandchildren, Ashley, Brianna, Zach Hess, Isaac, Alivia (Ethan Mengel) and Colton Zolman; his stepgrandchildren, Conner, Courtney Trobaugh, Madison Sterba (Joey) and Alexandria Swanson; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Malcolm and Miles Sterba. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harper's Community Funeral Home (740 IN-930, New Haven, IN 46774). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
