She is survived by : her father James Parnin; her fiancé Chris Staak of New Haven, IN; her sons, Austin Smith (Tia) of Pleasant Lake, IN, Nicholas V. Smith of New Haven, IN and Samuel C. Smith; and her siblings, Jenny Carteaux (Michael) of Fort Wayne, IN, Tim Parnin (Kay) of Fort Wayne, IN, Mark Parnin (Lisa) and Tom Parnin (Krista).
