He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eva Belle Malott, Rosalie Malott and Kenny Hoover (Gloria); and his father-in-law David Crabill. He is survived by: his parents, Michael McCullough of Hagerstown, Maryland and Dianna Malott (Malott) of LaGrange, Indiana; his wife Amy M. McCullough of New Haven, Indiana; his daughter Charlotte McCullough of New Haven, Indiana; his grandfather Herb Malott of LaGrange, Indiana; his sister Sarah McCullough (Eric Kulpinski) of LaGrange, Indiana; his niece Kirie Fisher of LaGrange, Indiana; and his mother-in-law Marilyn Crabill of Hoagland, Indiana. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
