He is survived by: his daughters, Linda D. Webb of Fort Wayne, IN, Susan E. Savage of Washington State and Maryann Cook (Stephen) of Fort Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Brandy K. Struble (Josh), Riley Savage, Thomas Savage, Andrew Savage, Alison Savage, Kelby Savage, Hannah Smith (Corbin) and Brian Cook (Leah); and his great grandchildren, Weston and Beckett.
Memorials may be made to the Shriner's Children Hospital.
