He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Vondran and Marjorie Vondran Jr. (Camp); his wife Sheryll; his son Gary Vondran; and his brothers, Fred and Duaine Vondran.
He is survived by: his son Lyle Vondran (Cassandra); his grandsons, Gabe and Eli Vondran; his stepgrandsons, William and Isaac Kohrman; his daughter-in-law Judith Kohrman (Rich); and his siblings, Michael Vondran (Wanda) and Jane Hockemeyer (Ron).
